staff members must possess the following:
No criminal history as evidenced by clear criminal background check and fingerprint clearance
Have a dependable vehicle
Possess current CPR certification
Show proof of a negative TB test (last test within one year); and submit proof of immunity or immunization to rubella, rubeola, varicella, measles, and pertussis. Last pertussis vaccination must have been completed within the last 10 years.
Under the direct supervision of the BCBA and Behavior Consultant, therapists implement 1:1 behavioral intervention programs to children in their homes, clinic, and/or serve as instructional shadows in school settings.
1. Have completed twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis, early childhood education, special education (or a similar) AND
2. Have at least 40 hours of ABA training.
