Position Overview
We are seeking Sales Associates who are energetic, coachable, and ready to succeed. No automotive sales experience required — we will train the right person. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Help customers select pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs and budget
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and highlight features and benefits
- Lead test drives and explain pricing, financing, and warranty options
- Follow up with leads and previous customers to build lasting relationships
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and ensure consistent follow-up
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting products, offering detailed product demos and explaining features to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts processing
- Upsell related products or accessories to maximize sales opportunities while meeting customer needs
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring the store is clean and organized
- Conduct inventory checks, stock replenishment, and merchandising to keep the sales floor appealing and fully stocked
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support remotely, ensuring clear and professional communication
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills and team collaboration abilities
- Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about features and benefits
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor; strong phone etiquette is essential
- Basic math skills necessary for cash register operations, inventory counts, and sales calculations
- Experience with merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and customer service in a retail or grocery store setting
