Job Summary
Ken-Do Contracting, LP is currently seeking an experienced Crew Foreman for Street, Curb and Gutter, Sidewalk, and ADA Ramp replacement.
Responsibilities and Duties
This is a skilled supervisory position in the concrete construction industry, specializing in street panel replacement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and ADA ramps. This individual will supervise the installation of site concrete and utility work. Construction includes but not limited to construction and major street repairs, driveways, sidewalks, and entrances/aprons. Foreman will plan, assign, schedule, and supervise the work of concrete crew, laborers, truck drivers, and equipment operators engaged in the construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of projects.
Candidate must have thorough knowledge of all site concrete and utilities (specializing in street panels, curb and gutter). Candidate must have knowledge of practices, methods, equipment, materials and tools used in concrete site construction and maintenance. Understand, manage and prevent occupational hazards and safety precautions of the work.

Qualifications and Skills
Ability to interpret and work from instructions, penciled plans and sketches, and blue prints. Must have the ability to lay-out, direct, and supervise construction job site. Be a leader with the ability to supervise the work of others. Efficiently carry out instructions and communicate and coordinate with superiors, subordinates, and office staff. Record keeping is vital and required for all jobs. We are a local concrete construction company in business for over 20 years and are now hiring full time foremen. You must have experience at management level in the construction industry, as well as familiar with site concrete which includes street panels and curb and gutter.
