Operations Coordinator Job Description
Location: Plainview, NY Part-time, 100% onsite (3 days/week) Days/Hours :
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. 10-3pm
Larry’s Design Center is hiring an Operators Coordinator in the home design and window treatment niche. The role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-driven professional who is proactive and can multi-task. Advancement opportunity to grow in the future.
Primary responsibilities:
· Overseeing showroom operations: greeting visitors, answering phones, taking client contact info, showroom tours, receiving deliveries, organization and readiness for clients
· Maintaining CRM systems with client touchpoints: Entering client information into database, outreach (e.g., email, text, and postcards) to clients as needed based on status of their project
· Ordering materials: Utilizing detailed measurements provided to enter orders online and pursue clarity for accuracy
· Addressing service requests: obtaining information from Hunter Douglas or collaborating with owners to support client repair needs (including packing boxes), timeline questions, client follow ups
Additional responsibilities:
· Maintaining project status: leveraging input from installation team to update scheduling calendar with relevant dates
· Process payments
· Foster a positive team environment internally and externally (with clients, installation team, vendors, etc.,)

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
