Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate
Schedule: Part to Full-Time, 4 - 10 hour Shifts 5 days a week (
Location: Commissary Kitchen
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate to manage incoming deliveries and inventory storage at our commissary kitchen. This role is responsible for managing and completing deliveries, receiving vendor shipments, verifying orders, organizing storage areas, rotating inventory, and maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse environment.
Hours are estimated as follows:
- MWF - 7am - 12pm
- Sat/Sun - 5am - 3pm
Responsibilities
- Pack, unload, and deliver large-quantity bakery orders to various cafes around Columbus metro area.
- Receive and unload deliveries from GFS and other vendors.
- Verify quantities and inspect products for quality and accuracy.
- Store products in dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory rotation procedures.
- Maintain organized, clean, and food-safe storage areas.
- Assist with inventory counts and inventory organization.
- Report shortages, damages, or receiving discrepancies.
- Support commissary operations with general warehouse and inventory tasks.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds regularly.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or food service experience preferred.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
