We're seeking an experienced, client-focused Financial Advisor – Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a licensed advisor with several years of experience who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering comprehensive financial planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Partner with senior advisors to prepare for and lead client meetings, with the opportunity to progressively assume primary responsibility for client relationships.
- Develop comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, investment, tax, insurance, education, and estate planning strategies tailored to each client's goals.
- Monitor client portfolios and financial plans, proactively recommending updates as clients' circumstances, goals, or market conditions change.
- Prepare financial analyses, investment reviews, and client presentations to support thoughtful, personalized recommendations.
- Execute investment trades and oversee the implementation of planning recommendations while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate account openings, transfers, and other client service requests while maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with operations, compliance, and fellow advisors to deliver an exceptional client experience and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) licenses required.
- Life and Health Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain shortly after hire.
- CFP® certification or active pursuit of the CFP® designation is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory.
- Strong understanding of investment management and comprehensive financial planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
