Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support the 11th Wing Commander’s Action Group (CAG) at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, DC.
The Commander’s Action Group serves as the commander's executive action office, supporting senior leadership through executive administration, strategic communications, event coordination, and cross-functional synchronization. This position provides direct support to Wing leadership in a fast-paced headquarters environment and requires exceptional professionalism, organization, discretion, and communication skills.
This position is fully funded and available for immediate hire.
Minimum Qualifications
- DoD Secret Security Clearance Eligible
- High School Diploma (Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- 3–5 years of DoD executive administrative support experience
- At least two (2) years supporting executive leadership within the U.S. Air Force at the Wing level or higher (Commander Action Group, Command Section, Executive Support Staff, Protocol, Public Affairs, or equivalent headquarters organization preferred)
- Experience managing executive calendars, Outlook mailboxes, organizational email distribution lists, meeting coordination, suspense tracking, and document management
- Demonstrated experience drafting professional correspondence, memoranda, briefings, or executive communications for senior leaders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with experience supporting:
- Commander Action Groups (CAG)
- Wing Command Sections
- Air Force District of Washington (AFDW)
- Headquarters Air Force organizations
- Public Affairs or Protocol offices

Position Responsibilities
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide executive-level administrative and operational support to the Commander’s Action Group by:
- Managing executive calendars, schedules, and organizational Outlook mailboxes
- Preparing executive correspondence, memoranda, briefings, presentations, and leadership information products
- Coordinating Wing-wide meetings, ceremonies, leadership events, and distinguished visitor engagements
- Drafting and coordinating leadership messaging, announcements, and organizational communications
- Maintaining Wing-level email distribution lists and communication products
- Supporting strategic planning efforts, executive synchronization meetings, and leadership initiatives
- Coordinating with Public Affairs, Protocol, Chaplain Corps, Communications Squadron, Civil Engineering, and other Wing organizations to execute leadership priorities
- Tracking action items, suspenses, and executive taskings to ensure timely completion
- Supporting recurring leadership reports and executive information products
- Interacting professionally with senior military officers, civilian leaders, mission partners, and external stakeholders
- Performing other executive administrative and operational support duties as assigned
