What You'll Be Doing
As the Maintenance Technician Lead, you'll help ensure the safe, reliable operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on injection molding machines, robotics, molds, and auxiliary equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency
- Maintain electrical systems including lighting, switches, outlets, and breaker panels
- Service HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and ventilation systems
- Perform general building maintenance including doors, locks, windows, and facility repairs
- Inspect and maintain fire protection and safety systems
- Complete daily 5S inspections and promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to perform maintenance activities
- Partner with production teams to identify opportunities for equipment improvements and increased reliability
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and works well both independently and with a team.
Preferred qualifications include:
✔ Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
✔ Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
✔ Experience with preventative maintenance programs
✔ Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated production equipment
✔ Injection molding experience is a plus
✔ HVAC, electrical, or maintenance certifications are a plus
✔ Strong attention to safety and quality
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks
Compensation & Benefits
$60-$70kyr (Based on experience) + overtime available
