Duties
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to documents
- Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and coordinate meetings for staff and clients
- Support bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry
- Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and overseeing office cleanliness
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email
- Handle confidential information with discretion and uphold data privacy standards
- Ability to find and pull products to correctly package up for shipment.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and communication
- Support personal assistant tasks such as travel arrangements or special project coordination as neededQualifications
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management practices
- Proficiency for bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
- Excellent computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in proofreading and data entry tasks
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professionalism
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Personal assistant skills and experience in whatever office needs the supervisor may have
- Must have reliable transportation and excellent on-time and attendance track records.
- Excellent computer skills are a must as well as being a fast learner.
