CS Mechanical is seeking an experienced Commercial Service Plumber to join our growing team. We provide commercial plumbing, HVAC, and facility maintenance services to office buildings, retail centers, restaurants, warehouses, healthcare facilities, and other commercial properties throughout Texas.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems
- Install and replace piping, fixtures, water heaters, pumps, valves, and commercial equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
- Read blueprints and follow plumbing codes
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Complete work orders accurately using a mobile device
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial plumbing experience (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with commercial service and repairs
- Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work indoors and outdoors
- Excellent work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism
Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
