As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead installation crews on commercial construction, tenant improvement, retrofit, and equipment replacement projects throughout Southern California.

What You'll Be Doing
· Lead commercial HVAC installation crews on construction, tenant improvement, retrofit, and replacement projects.
· Detail ductwork and order materials
· Coordinate daily jobsite activities to maintain safety, productivity, and quality.
· Read and interpret mechanical plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
· Plan labor requirements and organize workflow for maximum efficiency.
· Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and customers.
· Install and oversee installation of rooftop units, split systems, ductwork, piping, and associated equipment.
· Ensure installations meet project specifications and applicable codes.
· Mentor and develop installers while maintaining a positive, professional work environment.
· Complete projects on schedule while maintaining Retrofit's quality standards.
Qualifications
· Five or more years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
· Previous Foreman or crew leadership experience.
· Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and installation practices.
· Ability to read mechanical drawings.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to solve field issues while maintaining project schedules.
· Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
