This is a Permanent-Intermittent position with a maximum of 1,500 hours of work per calendar year.
Duties: Under general direction of the Section Manager, the incumbent serves as a non-supervisory specialist performing project management duties on a wide variety of civil engineering related design and construction projects, studies, purchase contracts for State Water Project (SWP) facilities, Delta flood-control facilities, and other facilities and locations as required. The incumbent will also oversee consultants supporting the Project Management and Coordination Section.
