Grand Rapids Psychology, PLLC is excited to announce that we are growing our practice in Grand Rapids, MI and looking to add an LMFT, LLP, psychologist or post-doctoral trainee. We hope to grow our adult psychotherapy, child and adolescent therapy, and psychological testing services. Currently, our practice works with adults who have depression, anxiety, OCD, chronic pain, mood issues, life transition stressors, and relationship concerns. We have psychologists with special interests (women’s health, miscarriages, PMADs, OCD, Exposure with Response Prevention). We pride ourselves on the quality of care we provide in a warm, empathic manner.
Ideal and successful candidates will be independent and highly motivated to grow their practices. The positions are likely to be a hybrid of virtual and in-person appointments (although strictly one or the other is fine too.) Hours are flexible with full-time or part-time available. Clinicians’ responsibilities include providing individual/couples/children’s therapy, diagnosing and treatment planning, maintaining a stable caseload, and completing notes/paperwork in a timely manner. For clinicians applying for mostly a testing position, ADHD evaluators are highly needed.
Grand Rapids Psychology will provide billing, marketing, and administrative support so all you need to focus on is the clinical aspect of the job. Compensation is a competitive percentage split.
Applicants must have:
Full licensure in your discipline and current license in the state of Michigan: LLP, LMFT, or PsyD/PhD. Will consider post-doctoral applicants who are working toward licensure.
· Experience providing individual therapy with adults/kids or psychological testing
· Current malpractice insurance
· Current LLC or ability to form own LLC
