We are currently hiring for full-time in clinic positions based out of our Allen clinic. Working hours are typically between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Applicants must have full-time availability.
This role offers approximately 35-40 hours per week.

Work Environment
As an RBT at Play-Based Wellness, you’ll provide ABA therapy in our Allen clinic. You’ll work closely with supervising BCBAs, OTs and SLPs and families to support individualized care in a nurturing and collaborative setting. Most therapists work with 2–3 clients per day, depending on the schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic settings
- Follow treatment plans created by supervising BCBAs
- Track and record client progress accurately
- Communicate professionally with families and supervisors
- Support skill-building across communication, behavior, and daily living
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- RBT certification REQUIRED (please do not apply if you do not have your RBT)
- Experience working with children strongly preferred
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs and engage in floor-level activities
- Reliable transportation for travel
- Must pass background checks, fingerprinting, and drug testing
- Full-time availability required, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM

- This position requires an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB at the time of application. Applicants who are not currently RBT certified will not be considered for this role.
Do you currently hold an active RBT certification through the BACB?
- This position is for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians only. Please describe your prior RBT experience in detail, including where you worked, how long you worked as an RBT, the age ranges you served, the types of ABA programs you implemented, your experience with behavior reduction plans, data collection systems, caregiver communication, and collaboration with BCBAs.
Applicants who do not have prior hands-on RBT experience will not be considered for an interview.
