At Eden Corner Express, we’re more than a CITGO station — we’re a part of the community. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, outgoing Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping customers, working with a team, and making every visit a positive one.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll help keep our store running smoothly while creating a great experience for every customer.
Your day may include:
- Greeting every customer with a friendly smile and providing fast, courteous service
- Handling cash, credit card transactions, and daily checkout paperwork
- Learning and promoting store specials, products, and promotions
- Building relationships with our regular customers and welcoming new ones
- Stocking, pricing, rotating, and checking dates on merchandise
- Helping with inventory counts, orders, and vendor deliveries
- Keeping the store, fuel area, restrooms and surrounding areas clean and inviting
- Cleaning fuel dispensers and following proper fuel-pump safety and emergency procedures
- Protecting company assets and following loss-prevention and safety procedures
- Handling customer questions, complaints, and concerns professionally
- Helping load catering and product orders when needed
- Supporting coworkers and helping keep the shift organized
- Reporting equipment, maintenance, safety, and customer issues promptly
- Completing other duties as assigned

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
- Weekend availability is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer and cash-register skills (training provided)
- Ability to perform basic math and handle monetary transactions
- Ability to read and follow safety, operating, and company procedures
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and stock items weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work in coolers at temperatures of 30°F or below for periods of time
- Ability to work around gasoline fumes and cleaning products
- Must be able to reliably report to scheduled shifts
