We are a stylish resort wear boutique offering thoughtfully curated apparel, swimwear, and vacation-inspired fashion. We are looking for an enthusiastic, fashion-forward Retail Sales Associate who enjoys creating exceptional customer experiences and helping guests find the perfect look for their getaway. Additional incentives and competitive commission rate will be available for meeting or exceeding store sales goals.
Duties
- Welcome customers and provide personalized styling recommendations.
- Assist guests in selecting resortwear, swimwear, accessories, and related merchandise.
- Build strong customer relationships through outstanding service.
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain visually appealing merchandise displays and store presentation.
- Restock inventory and ensure the sales floor remains organized.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends and new arrivals.
- Support store opening, closing, and daily operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset in fast paced environment.
- Comfortable using retail technology, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, mobile devices and basic computer applications.
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
