About Loma Salad Bar
Loma Salad Bar is a new fast-casual restaurant opening at Liberty Public Market in San Diego.
We are built around three things: locally sourced ingredients, no seed oils, and a customizable
menu that lets guests build exactly what they want. We are a fresh concept with big plans and
we are looking for fun, energetic people to grow with us from day one.
The Role: Salad Artist
As a Salad Artist you will be the face of our restaurant — building orders, keeping the energy
high, and making sure every guest has a great experience.
Shifts & Compensation
Morning and afternoon shifts available.
- Morning shift: 9:30am – 3:30pm
- Middle Shift: 12pm-5pm
- Afternoon shift: 3:00pm – 9:30pm
Compensation: $18.00/hour + tips
Tips average $5/hour — total compensation roughly $23/hour.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Build and fulfill guest orders with speed and accuracy
- Restock and maintain a clean, organized work station
- Stay knowledgeable on all menu items and seasonal offerings
- Monitor and fulfill delivery orders across all platforms
- Keep your station spotless and follow all health department guidelines
