We proudly serve our community and U.S. Veterans by providing medical massage therapy focused on pain management, rehabilitation, relaxation, and overall wellness. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others, committed to providing excellent care, and motivated to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, reliable, and experienced in therapeutic and medical massage techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs
- Assess client concerns and customize treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate and professional SOAP notes for each session
- Create a welcoming, safe, and relaxing environment for clients
- Educate clients on wellness, stretching, and self-care recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Provide compassionate care to Veterans and clients dealing with chronic pain and tension
Qualifications:
- Active California Massage Therapy License/Certification
- Must carry active professional liability/practice insurance
- Minimum experience preferred in massage therapy and therapeutic bodywork
- Knowledge of deep tissue, Swedish, neuromuscular, medical massage, or lymphatic drainage is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
