- Assist the Superintendent with daily field operations and project execution
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics
- Monitor project schedules and support milestone achievement
- Enforce jobsite safety and company standards
- Assist with quality control inspections and punch list management
- Track project progress and maintain daily reports
- Coordinate with project management teams, consultants, and ownership representatives
