Requirements:
Driver Requirements

Valid Class C driver’s license (Non-CDL) with a clean driving record

Minimum 12 months verifiable straight truck driving experience preferred

Prior temperature-controlled or high-value freight experience strongly preferred

Ability to maintain cold-chain compliance and accurately manage temperature logs

Strong time management and on-time delivery performance

Professional appearance and customer-facing communication skills

Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and MVR review

Comfortable with regional routes, including occasional overnight runs

Physically able to assist with freight handling when required (pallet jack, lift, secure, monitor)
