The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Regional Director of Operations to provide leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction across a portfolio of hotels. This position will work closely with General Managers and property leadership teams to drive operational excellence, maximize profitability, maintain brand standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Essential Functions:
- Provide leadership and direction to General Managers and property leadership teams across assigned hotels, fostering accountability, innovation, and alignment with the company’s culture.
- Oversee the overall performance of the region, ensuring revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction goals are achieved while identifying entrepreneurial opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each property, including achieving budgeted topline revenue and controlling operating expenses.
- Attend property revenue and sales meetings to strategize and optimize performance across each property in the portfolio.
- Conduct regular property visits, inspections, and operational reviews; develop action plans and ensure accountability and follow-through.
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of General Managers (GMs) and support staff to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Conduct ad-hoc site visits across properties as needed to provide leadership support and operational improvements.
- Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and capital improvement planning.
- Lead property openings, transitions, renovations, and special projects as assigned.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
- The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Knowledge of sales and hospitality principles and practices is expected.
- Strong technology skills with a variety of systems - Brand PMS, Sales, Medallia, Quore, M3.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a Rooms or F&B department within Hotel.
- Proficiency in the use and operation of computer systems with the ability to navigate efficiently through Microsoft Office
- Must have strong English skills, both oral and written.
- Strong presentation, communication and organizational skills required.
- Ability to make timely, effective decisions.
- Valid driver’s license with proof of auto liability insurance.
- Dependable.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role overseeing hotel operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a Regional Director of Operations, Area Director, General Manager, Director of Operations, or similar multi-property leadership position strongly preferred

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
