We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Requirements:
-Applicant Must be 21 years of age or older
-Must be able to pass a state required background check -no violent felonies or theft of any kind (info on this listed below)
-Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus
- Have the ability to lift up to 50lb

- Accurately process transactions and handle cash with precision
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure shelves are stocked at all times
- Keep the dispensary clean and organized
- Follow all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of cannabis products
