Autonomy has established a predetermined revenue ceiling for the CTPS Course Instructor program and will limit the ALSC sales force to the number required to reach and responsibly maintain that level. This allows the company to preserve the quality, oversight, and long-term integrity of the program rather than pursuing endless growth and expansion. It also prevents continual hiring from overcrowding the sales force and diminishing each ALSC’s average monthly income.
