Royal Legacy Christian Academy is seeking a dedicated elementary teacher to lead a Christ-centered classroom. This position includes teaching all core elementary subjects.
The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate a genuine commitment to the mission and vision of Royal Legacy Christian Academy
- Hold a valid teaching license
- Have experience teaching elementary or upper-elementary students
- Integrate a biblical worldview throughout all subject areas
- Create an engaging, structured, and nurturing learning environment
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students across grade levels
- Relate to, support, and affirm students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
- Demonstrate strong classroom-management, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Work effectively as part of a close-knit school team and maintain positive relationships with students and families
