A growing company in the Milwaukee area is seeking a professional, high-energy Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join a thriving, fast-paced office environment. As the primary face and voice of our organization, you will play a critical role in greeting visitors, managing a multi-line phone system, and providing vital clerical support to our staff.

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and applicants with a warm, professional demeanor.

Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls seamlessly in both English and Spanish.

Provide administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.

Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and general office correspondence.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.

Language: Must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish (strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages are required).

Experience: Previous office, clerical, or customer service experience is required.

Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, email, data entry).

Traits: A positive attitude, professional presentation, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
