Duties
- Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and B2B outreach, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
- Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations and consultations to match customer needs with available inventory
- Negotiate terms, prices, and financing options confidently to close deals that benefit both the customer and the dealership
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and presentation
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales records
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, or accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, ensuring a positive buying experience
Skills
- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of automobile features and benefits
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients
- Strong organizational skills for managing a robust sales pipeline and maintaining detailed records using CRM tools
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with a broader customer base are highly desirable
- Outstanding communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to engage customers confidently
- Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and outbound sales techniques to expand market reach
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, retail math, and dealership operations is preferred
- Ability to excel in high-end sales environments by providing tailored solutions and upselling effectively
- Strong organizational skills paired with retail math proficiency for accurate deal closing and inventory control

Pay: $35,000.00 - $69,825.96 per year
