Wowrack is looking for an Operations Coordinator to become a key member of our operations team. This role supports our cloud, colocation, and data center businesses by coordinating projects, managing administrative processes, communicating with vendors and customers, and helping ensure our day-to-day operations run efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both business operations and technology. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable learning technical concepts and working alongside engineers, technicians, contractors, and customers.
As you grow in the role, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and advance into an Operations Manager position.
Responsibilities
Coordinate operational projects from planning through completion.
Track schedules, milestones, and follow up with internal teams and vendors.
Manage purchasing, vendor relationships, equipment orders, and deliveries.
Help prepare customer proposals, invoices, purchase orders, and project documentation.
Maintain organized operational records and documentation.
Coordinate meetings, site visits, contractor schedules, and customer communications.
Assist with data center operations, facilities projects, and infrastructure deployments.
Monitor ongoing tasks and identify issues before they become problems.
Help improve workflows and recommend more efficient processes.
Support leadership with special projects and operational planning.
Qualifications Required
2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, office management, executive assistance, or administrative support.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Comfortable learning new software platforms and business systems.
Self-motivated with excellent follow-through.
Valid driver's license.
Preferred
Experience working in IT, cloud services, managed services, construction, engineering, facilities, or data center environments.
Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or technical projects.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
Interest in AI tools and process automation.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
