What You'll Do
- Lead and execute client onboardings, network implementations, and technology deployments from start to finish
- Serve as a technical escalation point for the service desk team on complex or unusual issues
- Identify and resolve issues that fall outside normal workflows — stepping in where situations are ambiguous, stalled, or require someone with the judgment and initiative to get things back on track
- Work closely with company management on scoping, planning, and executing client projects
- Document solutions, configurations, and processes to build institutional knowledge and reduce repeat escalations
- Maintain a high standard of client-facing communication and professionalism during project engagements
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a similar IT or MSP environment
- Strong working knowledge of networking fundamentals (routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls), Windows Server environments, and Microsoft 365
- Experience managing or executing IT deployments and implementations, not just break/fix support
- Comfortable working independently and making judgment calls without waiting for step-by-step direction
- Strong communicator — you can explain technical issues clearly to non-technical clients and collaborate effectively with internal team members
- Familiarity with RMM and PSA platforms preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. An Associate's degree in a related field will also be considered. Equivalent combinations of hands-on experience and demonstrated technical ability may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
