Our ideal candidate will have real-time experience working with digital printing equipment (Konica Minolta/Xerox) and digital print production, imposition, Fiery software, setting up files for print, plus the ability to send correctly sized and formatted files to our dealer network. This position requires great attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills, as well as being a total team player. Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop on the PC (Adobe Creative Suite experience is required).
This is a Full Time Position, and a great opportunity to grow with us. On the job training for this position is not available.

Your Duties will include:
Interfacing with clients both in person and over the phone, assisting in answering phones, assisting in estimating using proprietary software, Job Preparation, Design and Layout of Jobs, and various production tasks. This is a fast-paced environment driven by our customers desire to have their print works done correctly, quickly and the first time.
You will also attend production meetings on a regular basis to give reports on workflow processes and current job specific statuses. You will interact with the Owner/Manager daily to discuss work in house and its path to completion.
Additionally, you will be the primary person to run, calibrate and maintenance our new Xerox digital press. You will be involved in the running of other post production equipment such as cutters, presses, folders, punchers, etc.

Tasks
· Graphic design, using customer provided files and creating printed pieces from customer ideas.
· Pre-flighting print jobs to the digital press and running the production of printed material.
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a keen eye for detail. The perfect candidate for this position will utilize their design skills to create materials for an array of projects, including flyers, advertisements and magazine articles. The right candidate will have experience using the Adobe Creative Suite and know how to create materials that are accurate, consistent and engaging.
Responsibilities:
- Build a mock-up of the design and show it to the project team.
- Reconcile project objectives with the designer's creative intent.
- Communicate design decisions to developers., Draw storyboards of the user experience.
- Produce a new design draft based on feedback from peers and stakeholders.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
