Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate assembly line workers to meet production goals while maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Coordinate daily production schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and smooth workflow across shifts
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to assist with assembly processes and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Operate forklifts safely to manage materials movement within the warehouse and manufacturing areas
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and workstations to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Support onboarding and training of new team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory movements, and safety checks
Qualifications
- Proven factory experience in a manufacturing environment with familiarity in assembly line operations
- Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop team members
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices within a manufacturing facility
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams and departments
- Food Safety and Security
- Responsible for upholding the principles of the Company's food safety certification program.
- Responsible for immediately reporting any food safety, food quality or plant security issues to management for appropriate action.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in a related field, preferred
- 2 plus years of relevant operations experience
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of cGMP and HACCP, preferred
- Ability to work within a team and establish effective working relationships
- Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize
- Strong documentation and recordkeeping skills with attention to detail
Computer Skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Other Requirements
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including flexible days and hours.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
