Responsibilities
- Operate screen printing machines with precision and care
- Mix inks and prepare screens to match design specs
- Prepare screens and inks for printing, ensuring proper color matching and
consistency.
- Inspect printed items for quality and accuracy
- Clean and maintain equipment to ensure peak performance
- Collaborate with design and production teams to meet deadlines
- Operate screen printing equipment to produce designs on various
materials.
- Maintain equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the
printing process.
- Ensure that all printed materials meet quality standards before delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance production
quality.
- Assist in the development of new design concepts, utilizing skills in digital
design and graphic design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in screen printing
- Strong understanding of color theory and design
- Excellent attention to detail and good eyesight
- Friendly, dependable, and agile—able to move quickly and stay focused
- Clear communicator with a great attitude and willingness to learn
- Patient and steady under pressure
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign, After Effects, and Sketch.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual design, and layout
design.
- Experience in screen printing techniques and production processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being
self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Previous experience in print advertising or illustration is advantageous.

- A Background check is required
