Northern Sales Company, a trusted name in Alaska for over 60 years, is seeking a dedicated Route Sales Relief Merchandiser to join our Anchorage, AK team. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our products are well-presented and available to customers by providing coverage for regular route merchandisers. Provide coverage for regular route merchandisers as needed, adapting to varying schedules based on company and customer needs

Merchandise store shelves and displays to ensure products are attractively presented and fully stocked

Rotate products and remove unsalable items to maintain freshness and quality standards

Maintain backroom areas and shelves in a neat and orderly condition

Work collaboratively with store personnel and company team members to achieve merchandising goals

High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferably two (2) years of merchandising experience

Understanding of merchandising and product displays preferred, or willingness to learn

Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and sound judgment

Must be at least 21 years old

Reliable transportation required
$22 per hour
