Commercial Litigation Associate – Orlando

A leading AmLaw firm is seeking a 2nd–7th year Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Orlando office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-level, complex business disputes within a collaborative and fast-paced national platform.
The Opportunity
You’ll join a sophisticated litigation team handling complex commercial matters in both state and federal courts, with strong exposure to partners, clients, and meaningful responsibility from an early stage.
This role is ideal for someone looking to develop as a well-rounded litigator, gaining hands-on experience across all stages of litigation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing written and document discovery
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other court filings
- Conducting and defending depositions
- Preparing witnesses for testimony
- Attending status conferences and arguing motions
- Assisting with trial preparation and strategy
- Participating in settlement discussions and negotiations
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years’ experience in commercial or business litigation
- Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
- Experience in state and federal court litigation
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with client interaction and partner collaboration
- Strong academics and a driven, proactive mindset
- Florida Bar admission required
