About the Role
The Field Marketing Agent role is a paid, entry-level lead generation position designed to get you into the field fast. You'll learn our process, meet homeowners, and build the foundation to advance into our Solar Sales Consultant role — typically within a short timeframe for motivated individuals.
Average Income: $80,000 - $100,000
No Sales Experience Required
What You'll Do
- Generate qualified leads for our sales team
- Engage homeowners about solar savings and NYSERDA program benefits
- Develop product knowledge and sales skills with full training provided
- Build a strong foundation with a clear path to Solar Sales Consultant for those who demonstrate drive and aptitude
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors and approaching new people
