Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Redmond, WA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $26–$30 per hour (DOE)
Bonus: $500 retention bonus after 90 days
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (some evenings/weekends as needed)
Reports To: Facilities Manager
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and repair of community facilities and amenities. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service in a safe and well-maintained environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.

Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.

Complete work orders and respond to maintenance requests.

Assist with pool maintenance and facility upkeep (CPO preferred).

Perform general repairs (carpentry, painting, drywall, janitorial).

Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.

Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and operational.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

3–5 years of maintenance experience preferred.

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.

Building maintenance/janitorial experience required.

CPO certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally.

Frequent standing, bending, climbing ladders, and manual labor.
