About the Position
PTI Quality Containment Solutions is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Jeffersonville, IN. This position plays an important role in keeping our production floor and facility operating safely and efficiently by performing maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and helping minimize downtime.

What You'll Do
- Perform maintenance and repairs to support the production floor and minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and report equipment issues and determine priorities for repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, buildings, and grounds as needed
- Work with motors, exhaust systems, and high- and low-voltage electrical systems
- Perform basic welding, fabrication, pipe fitting, and equipment maintenance as needed
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify maintenance and facility needs
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE, SDS, forklift safety, and confined-space requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following 5S standards
- Communicate maintenance issues and completed work effectively with the Maintenance Supervisor
- Follow all ISO/IATF procedures, work instructions, and company safety requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Knowledge of motors and high- and low-voltage electrical systems
- Preventative maintenance experience
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and identify problems
- Welding, fabrication, pipe fitting, or similar skills are a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Technical training in maintenance is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to differentiate colors
Safety & Quality
- PPE is required
- Follow all company safety procedures and 5S standards
- Follow ISO/IATF procedures and work instructions
- Help ensure customer requirements and quality standards are met
Pay & Benefits
Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour
