WAREHOUSE & DELIVERY DRIVER

THE OPPORTUNITY
We're hiring a Warehouse & Delivery Driver to keep our technicians moving — making sure our electricians and plumbers have the right parts, tools, and materials to deliver a 5-Star Experience in every home.
Our technicians can't serve customers without the right materials, and that's where you come in. We're looking for someone dependable who takes ownership, stays organized, and cares about supporting the team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Deliveries
- Deliver parts, tools, and materials to technicians at job sites throughout the Twin Cities metro
- Drive company-provided full-size cargo vans safely and professionally
- Pick up materials from local suppliers as needed
Warehouse & Inventory
- Load, unload, organize, and stock inventory
- Receive incoming shipments and put materials away accurately
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report shortages or damaged materials
- Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness
Organization & Documentation
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and keep delivery vehicles clean and organized
- Support warehouse operations and special projects as assigned

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 70 pounds
- Ability to safely operate full-size delivery vans
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Previous warehouse, delivery, logistics, construction, electrical, plumbing, or material handling experience is a plus
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
