Forever Learning Child Development Center is seeking an experienced and passionate Child Care Director to lead the daily operations of our inclusive early childhood program serving children ages 2–5.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily center operations and ensure compliance with Oklahoma Child Care Licensing requirements.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and support staff.
- Maintain child and staff records, licensing documentation, and safety standards.
- Manage enrollment, parent communication, and family engagement.
- Support curriculum implementation and classroom quality.
- Ensure appropriate staffing ratios and a positive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Meet Oklahoma Child Care Licensing Director requirements.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience in a childcare setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is preferred.
Compensation
- $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
