We are seeking energetic and reliable independent contractor cleaners (1099) and part- time workers to join our dynamic cleaning team! Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas
- Use professional cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all tasks are completed to client specifications
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning
- Manage your own schedule and travel between multiple job sites as assigned
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Reliable transportation to reach various job locations within your service area
- Must have one to two years cleaning experience
- Must haveor o own cleaning supplies
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties
- Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional service
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with clients
