Position Summary
The HVAC Project Manager is responsible for overseeing HVAC installation projects from start to finish. This position ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to EcoSave Home Solutions’ quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage multiple HVAC installation projects.
- Schedule jobs, crews, subcontractors, and equipment.
- Order and track materials needed for each project.
- Coordinate with customers, installers, suppliers, and office staff.
- Visit job sites to monitor progress and ensure quality workmanship.
- Resolve project issues quickly and professionally.
- Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety requirements.
- Track project costs and help keep projects within budget.
- Approve completed work before final customer walkthrough.
- Complete project documentation and close-out paperwork.
Qualifications
- Experience managing HVAC installation projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to read basic construction plans and specifications.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and job management software.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Bilingual – (English and Portuguese or Spanish)
