Sundrop Gardens Landscaping is seeking a motivated professional who enjoys meeting with homeowners, solving outdoor problems, and helping customers improve their properties. This position combines field inspections, customer service, estimating, irrigation troubleshooting, and sales into one rewarding career.

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners for scheduled appointments.
- Evaluate irrigation systems and identify repairs.
- Recommend landscape, drainage, lighting, concrete, and irrigation improvements.
- Prepare accurate estimates and explain project options.
- Close sales and coordinate project handoff to production.
- Perform many irrigation repairs during the initial visit when possible.
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain detailed notes and customer information.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with residential irrigation systems.
- Sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to diagnose irrigation issues.
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Able to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in Texas weather.
