Responsibilities Expected of the Human Resources Manager:
Oversee three HR administrators whose work includes:
Talent acquisition

- Onboarding/employee benefits
Employee training and development

- Handle preliminary employee relations concerns

Assist with policy development and implementation
Background Expected of the Human Resources Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or experience equivalent (+4 years of experience)

6+ years of experience in an HR role with 3+ years in a supervisory role and 2+ years with an organization with 300+ employees
SHRM certification or experience in Paylocity is a plus but not required

Salary Range:
$85,000 - 100,000 depending on experience
