General Job Responsibilities
- Follow all of Protechs’ Standard operating Procedures
- Ensure each project is completed with a high degree of quality workmanship and customer service at all times from inception to completion.
- Perform Disaster Response: Emergency Mitigation, Water Extraction, Structural Drying, Structural Demolition, Specialty Cleaning, Kitchen Hood Cleaning, HVAC cleaning, Pack-In & Out of Customer Contents as well as Photo, Clean Contents, Etc.
- Participate in 24 hour on call rotation responding to emergencies after hours and on weekends
- Daily completion of paperwork, timecards, vehicle records and other necessary paperwork
- Assist Project Manager in managing timelines & deadlines for all projects to stay within budget and timelines with strict adherence to company standards and quality
- Ability and willingness to guide and train technicians, or any other staff as needed.
- Ability to interact compassionately with customers during stressful or sensitive situations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
