Drycleaning company located in Lynn, MA seeking a customer service representative with EXPERIENCE in customer service.
Hours available Monday-Friday 12-6pm
The ideal candidate will possess enthusiastic customer service skills and the desire to resolve customer service issues in a positive and up beat manner. Computer experience is required. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Summary of Job Requirements:
- Hours will be split between front counter and delivery prep
- Maintaining and developing knowledge of in-store computer system, as well as current garment types, fabrics, and different methods of cleaning them
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, up to 90% of each scheduled shift
- Listening skills; ability to understand and respond using written and spoken words effectively
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 50 pounds at/to waist height
- Mobility within store and on store property to satisfy operational and customer needs quickly
- Ability to apply math skills in order to measure and analyze sales, cost control, and customer service
- Ability to operate all in-store equipment, including but not limited to register, calculator, telephone, conveyor, keyboard, hand iron, and portable steamer
- Ability to travel or be assigned/reassigned at locations within a 5-mile radius of initial facility, at the sole discretion of the company with or without cause or notice
- Physical ability to comply with all safety procedures .
