This is a Part-Time PositionThe Athletic Field Supervisor is responsible for overall supervision of the Town of Vienna athletic fields. Supervisor is responsible for recording field and light usage and monitoring fields and surrounding areas for any unsafe activity and reporting any issues to the Program Coordinator and/or police department if necessary. WORK SCHEDULEMonday through Saturday from 5-10 p.m. (Flexible Days/Hours)All new employees must satisfactorily complete a background check. A conditional offer of employment may then be made contingent upon the successful completion of drug and alcohol test.This is a Non-Exempt Position.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Record field and light usageCommunicate with the public, program participants and other employees in a pleasant and courteous mannerMonitor Fields and surrounding areas and report unsafe conditionsBe fair and consistent in applying all Town rules and regulations. Handle hostile situations with responsibility and self-control.
