We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
- Assist with night audit responsibilities, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of guest relations.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with guests.
- Experience in hotel management or resort operations is a plus.
- Ability to manage guest relations with professionalism and courtesy.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with night audit processes is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
