Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless communication needs through active listening and engaging conversations
- Demonstrate wireless products, accessories, and services through live product demos to highlight features and benefits
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including POS (Point of Sale) operations, cash handling, and processing payments accurately
- Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales goals
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays, organize stock, and ensure shelves are fully stocked with the latest wireless devices and accessories
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls from customers or vendors
- Support supervising staff by helping train new team members on product features, sales techniques, and store procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or electronics environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail sales transactions is highly desirable
- Supervising experience is beneficial for leadership opportunities within the team
- Familiarity with grocery store or retail environments that require excellent phone etiquette and upselling techniques
