We are seeking highly motivated and customer service oriented baristas with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fun and fast paced environment. People with a growth mind-set, willing and desire to learn. Engage and contribute daily and be passionate about serving others.
Requirements are some restaurant or barista experience, strong customer service, good communication & a desire to hustle. Responsibilities will include food & drink preparation, heavy customer service interactions, stocking, cleaning, trash runs, packing teas and assisting with order deliveries. You must have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, have the ability to stand for the duration of a 6hr shift and lift 30lbs on a daily basis.
Great base wage with high tips! Base pay starts at $14/hr and tips are extremely high due to our volume. Our baristas take home a seasonal range of $24-35+/hr.
Store hours are 7am-6:30pm // Shifts are typically 7-8 hours // 6:00am-1pm, 7am-3:30 pm or 1pm-7pm // Our business is highly seasonal with June-October & December-March being our peak seasons. If you have an extended vacation planned over the holidays - do not apply as we will not be able to accommodate due to peak days in our winter season. We are a seasonal, tourist-based business and time off requests are limited, especially during holidays. Please do not apply if you not seeking a minimum 8 month work commitment. We are seeing year round & full time employment. Not seasonal or holiday workers.
