Hunt the Front is seeking a Director of Growth & Marketing to help lead one of the most unique and diversified organizations in grassroots racing. What began as a YouTube channel documenting the journey of three brothers chasing their racing dreams has grown into a multi-faceted motorsports media company that includes:
- Hunt the Front YouTube Channel & Social Media
- Hunt the Front Race Team
- Hunt the Front Merchandise
- Hunt the Front TV
- Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series
- Southern Raceway
Together, these businesses reach millions of racing fans annually through digital media, live event production, streaming broadcasts, motorsports competition, venue operations, and e-commerce.
We’re looking for a growth-minded leader who wants to help expand our audiences, strengthen our brands, grow revenue, and play a meaningful role in shaping the future of our organization.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional marketing position. We’re looking for someone who understands that great marketing is both strategy and execution. The ideal candidate can develop long-term growth plans while also jumping in to create content, launch campaigns, and drive day-to-day marketing efforts.
This role will play a key part in helping:
- Grow HTFTV subscriptions and retention
- Increase attendance at Southern Raceway events
- Expand the Hunt the Front audience
- Grow Hunt the Front Merch into a leading grassroots racing apparel brand
- Increase sponsorship revenue and retention, and partner value across all business units
- Strengthen customer engagement across all business units
- Build Southern Raceway into one of the premier destination dirt tracks in America
- Strengthen Southern Raceway’s role as a valued part of the Gulf Coast community
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help shape the future of one of the most influential brands in grassroots motorsports.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute growth and marketing strategies across all business units
- Manage and develop marketing team members and promotional staff
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms
- Create, write, schedule, and publish social media content
- Coordinate content calendars, promotions, and marketing campaigns
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and customer acquisition strategies
- Track advertising performance and continuously improve return on investment
- Support and develop sponsorship sales efforts across the organization
- Manage sponsorship activation, fulfillment, and reporting
- Create marketing tools and campaigns that help increase sponsorship revenue and retention
- Manage email, SMS, CRM, and customer retention initiatives
- Support merchandise growth and e-commerce marketing
- Develop campaigns that drive ticket sales, subscriptions, and merchandise revenue
- Coordinate promotions for races, streaming events, and special events
- Build relationships with community organizations, tourism partners, and local businesses
- Track performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with company leadership to develop and execute long-term growth initiatives
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. While the position will oversee marketing efforts across the organization, the successful candidate should be comfortable personally creating content, managing social media accounts, launching campaigns, writing captions, publishing posts, and executing marketing initiatives when needed.

- Meaningful engagement within both the racing community and Gulf Coast community
- Improved marketing systems and reporting across all business units

- Has experience in marketing, audience development, business growth, or related fields
- Understands customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Is highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Is comfortable analyzing data and making strategic decisions
- Is willing to roll up their sleeves and execute, not just manage
- Enjoys building relationships with customers, partners, sponsors, and stakeholders
- Thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Motorsports experience is preferred but not required. We are more interested in finding a great growth leader than simply someone who has worked in racing.
Location
This is a full-time leadership position based in the Milton/Pensacola area of Florida.
While some remote work flexibility may be available, the successful candidate is expected to be actively engaged with company leadership, staff, sponsors, and the local community. Regular attendance at meetings, races, events, and community engagements is required.
Candidates should either currently reside within commuting distance of Milton, Florida, or be willing to relocate to the area.
