REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN – DMI Medical

We are looking for a certified EPA 608 Refrigeration Technician with a minimum of 3 years experience to join us in San Juan, PR. The Refrigeration Technician works as part of the service teams to provide support and effective management of new and existing accounts in line with the territory management plans. The Sales Specialist will be trained to convey a strong sense of expertise in DMI products, services and capabilities, serving as a key educator to our customers. The Refrigeration Technician will improve customer satisfaction, make general service delivery improvements and provide actionable reporting. The successful candidate is dedicated to personal and company growth, and client success. This position has the potential to move into a senior role within 6 to 12 months.
Duties and Responsibilities:
General
- Document all customer related activities as required in a timely way
- Liaise and work closely with Service Engineers as required to address specific customer problems.
- Communicate key observations and action points pertaining to individual customer accounts to the Account Manager and a Service Manager on regular basis
- Stock management
- Coordinate Customer device training as required.
- Strong understanding and application of business ethics.
Qualifications:
- EPA 608 Certified.
- General experience in equipment maintenance.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong references.

- Competent user across Microsoft Applications, Salesforce, Oracle Netsuite.
- Ability to travel, including a valid drivers’ license and US Passport.
- Fully bilingual English / Spanish
- Experience in Laboratory Equipment.

Job Type: Part Time with Bonus
Estimated Pay Range: $25 to $50 per hour
